During the period specified on the product detail, you benefit of payment exemption for parts and labors.

Two possibilities:

• You obtain a returm autorisation form by contacting us, prior to any shipment.
• You directly send back your good to manufacturer. In that case, you ensure the follow-up.

The Testoon?s service and warranty extension is available at a fee on certain products.

This allows you up to 2 years extension above the supplier warranty.
